Default Dealing with a dishonest buyer

Hi there
I have refunded a customer who bought a bag from me, she opened a paypal dispute and I agree to refund her
She shipped the bag back to me, dhl from Singapore COD 90$ that I now have to pay
Is there something I can do?

Oh Boy...wouldn't that be the ultimate insult if you did pay the $90. COD and opened the package and found out the buyer shipped you back a stack of magazines or something.

Don't ship to international sites. Re-do your refund policy. Never accept a return unless you have a confirmed message from the buyer that they accept your terms.
