I have to agree with @Elmo. I put my name in the bank info and the payoneer was in my wifes name. 2 years withdraws and never a question. Its even explained mismatched names are mostly accepted in stealthguide.
Not debating op got the email and had a problem. Nothing works 100% all the time.
For example on Nov 10th 2014: This is the email i got when a transfer came from amazon with a mismatched name (one of my first accounts):
Notice request #3, this was the name that was on the Amazon account bank infromation, Payoneer had a different name on the account which is probably why it raised a flag (mismatched name).
So obviously i came up with some excuse why there was a mismatch, and corrected it to the correct one.
Heres another one i received on another account (last year):
This makes me believe mismatched names on payoneer are a no, no... so never mismatched since, don't know if it makes a difference but all of this was for amazon.com and payoneer.com.... thoughts?
Friend just got the same exact email. Is there a work around on this? Seems that Payoneer does NOT like mismatched names.
Just open new etsi accounts with new payoneer accts. Now payoneer wants bank info when signing up. I gave them wifes bank info, got email asking relationship and click link brought me to drop down with options.
One was Partner. Clicked that and new cards on the way.
