How Long for Amazon Buyer Feedback to Show up?

A buyer told me he's left 5-star feedback (as part of complaint to refund arrangement) but I do not see it under the "seller performance" tab.

Was he lying? Or does it typically take some time before a submitted feedback is properly displayed on the system? If so, how long?

It shows up immediately.

Maybe he left it as a product review by mistake.

Sometimes feedback can take up to 24 hours, I've had it lag before.

Yeah, but for the most part it shows up right away. And as the OP confirmed, in most cases if someone says they left feedback and it's not there, it means it's in the product review section, and vice versa.

Buyers don't know their ass from a hole in the ground.
