Need help! Asin gating questions

Chinese sellers have completely obliterated our listing. We have one active account ( real and active) and a few stealth accounts.

We are considering asking Amazon to gate an ASIN (not brand) has anyone had any luck this method, it's getting a bit out of hand!

I have a brand registered w/ the brand registry, and those listings require approval to list (I checked w/ another account).

I’m YOUR NAME, owner of BRAND/NOT BRAND. We’re a member of Amazon’s Brand
Registry.

I see that you are on one of our listings as being a seller of our product.
We don’t sell wholesale to other sellers who sell on Amazon.

Therefore, I’m asking that you remove your offer. I’ve attached a screen shot to help you identify the product.

I’ll wait 48 hours before reporting you to Amazon. you are a new seller your account is at risk.
