Default Post suspension, what to expect?

Just finished one of those idiotic Amazon suspension over some chickens*** violation

The account spent 3 weeks stopped

Everything is back online now, but it has been 2 weeks and the account has been slow.

Am I in the Amazon doghouse now? If so, what's the structure of it and how long does it last?

What was the violation for. I just got one for slow shipping defect rate. It says suspended but I dont know for how long. I am going to appeal soon.

It was for an idiot supplier that asked me to try a product. It had a car logo on it.

The account was suspended 3 weeks, and its back online. Now that its back online, it's slow.

Ok it's usually slow when you are back up. I think its just a slow time for sales. It will pick back up eventually just keep your price competitive. I once had an acct that was suspended for 3 months and my mind told me to check back in and to my surprise it was back to normal with good acct health. I was so shocked that I actually phoned amazon and asked them. They just simply said my account is good and I can go back to selling. Then I started selling and made 19k in one month before it was suspended again 2 weeks ago.. smh.. I have over 9k held for the next 3 months.

Cant log in to my seller central after 6 weeks verification of my account (transferring from individual to business sole trader) no help or answers from amazon anyone else had this?
Trying to log in "incorrect password" grrrrr
