Amazon New Account same Name but different Address

Hi, i have a question i 3 or 4 Years Ago was suspended from amazon

Now i can reopen an account under my name with new information like:

1) New Address
2) New VAT and TAX ID
3) New Docs with the new address on it ( i changed Province)
4) New Banc account and credit Card


But My Name and Surname are the same

They link my account?

I Can Vary some Words but after i have to be creative withe the docs right?

So long as your name isn't that common then it probably wouldn't be an issue but the date of birth will definitely need to be different.

To sum up, the same name AND date of birth will definitely cause a link.
