Account Under Review For 3 Months Now, No Reply From Amazon

Hi

3 Months ago I got a message from amazon saying they are suspending my account. I submitted an appeal and they came back to me a month later saying they need more information (About a 2nd issue that they did not mention before) Now I have submitted all information amazon requested and have waited 2 more months (3 months in total now)

I have chased up every week for an update but all I get is "We are looking in to it" what can I do to get this resolved? Is it normal to wait 3 months for an answer?

They gave me the runaround like this with about 2 negative reviews out of 85. Wanted all kinds of supplier info, then they said my satisfaction rate was too low and I needed a plan of action to improve it. I sent like 10 of them in, they kept giving me canned responses, then they just said I couldn't sell on Amazon anymore.

So idk how you can actually get a human response from them that isn't canned. Its either submit exactly what they're looking for (which is up to the objectivity of the reviewing person) or just keep going around the train in my experience. Good luck
