Default Amazon know about MULTIPLE accounts??

I've been pretty careful, but a couple of days ago I feel I may of used the same IP address across 2 accounts .
the email which followed from Seller Performance is as follows. I edited out my 2 account names. I need advice on how to now handle this situation. Can I still continue to use both accounts? what do i say?

If this problem continues, we may not allow you to sell on Amazon.co.uk. - think Amazon told you how to approach this...

Amazon don't like sellers having multiple accounts. Of course we know better, than to put all our eggs into one basket and "trust" Amazon.

What you need to do is follow the instructions on the email. Stop selling on the account they said, and only sell on the other.

Then you can go ahead and make another account - but make sure you dont make any mistakes and link them, as this time it could lead to suspension.

This is normal. And yes in some circumstances once they've conducted a review, if they feel your not performing well as a seller, they would suspend both accounts.

Can I not respond saying that I know the other account holder, they are a family member and we may of used the same PC at some time maybe thats the link

I received the same message from amazon earlier, i thought they were just sending testing message to me. So i got my account suspended :/ . I would suggest you make an other account and abandon the old one

So I should do as the email says exactly . Stop using the one account and continue using the other. All should be ok then?

Yes correct, do as they're asking and you should be fine. They're most likely offering you this because you have good performance and no issues.

Consider it lucky as they don't always offer this to sellers
