Amazon India account suspended
Hi,
Our Amazon India account was suspended for IP infringement complaint. We wrote effective plan of action multiple times, about more than 10 times, every time we sent POA they reply back after 7 days with same message:
Hello,
We reviewed your account and the information you provided, and we have decided that you may not sell on Amazon.in.
Please ship any open orders. If you have funds in your account, they will be available after any amounts paid for A-to-z claims or chargebacks on your orders have been deducted. This usually takes about 90 days, but funds may be held longer.
We researched so much and finally prepared one very effective POA which we believe was viable for account reinstatement, we sent this POA about 20 days back, we are yet to receive any reply from Amazon.
We see that the notification flag button on seller central home page top left corner seems to be in "disabled" mode(we cannot read any notifications), does that mean our account is being reviewed?
Please help.
