You would need to reach out to you buyers and ask them to leave feedback. Figure out a way to increase the amount of feedback you are getting from your buyers. Then appeal the suspension and state that you are taking extra steps to increase the amount of reviews by your buyers etc. Address the issues in the appeal letter and you should be reinstated.
