I have problems accessing my account.
It started with the fact that I had to add other bank account details to my account, I decided to try a new bank with the best fees for accepting payments.
Then I got a suspension, I was asked to send receipts from the suppliers. I sent and suspension was removed.
During this, I received another suspension, the security system has detected suspicious activity, as if someone is trying to steal my account. I thought that this was because i added new bank account to make a payment.
Recently I received again another email about the problem as the last time.
I changed the password as they required, was written that the password was changed successfully, but it did not become active. And I still cannot login to account.
I was going to activate two step verification in order to improve the security of my account, but now I can not even log in.
I wrote about this all on the seller-performance@amazon.com, but I have not had any response for a couple of days.
What should I do ? How i can contact them and solve it?
