Just got this policy violation on a suspened account
It has come to our attention that you have continued to file insufficiently researched reimbursement requests to Seller Support which is prohibited by FBA’s policies: https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/custo...deId=200242960 . These claims were for shipments containing less units than indicated on your shipment plan, as well as with falsified documentation provided.
Continued violations of these policies will result in the removal of account access through the Seller Central platform.
They screwed up a lot of inventory. Account is suspended. We had been filling claims to close out the account. What should we do? I don't want to get it locked and then were ****ed. Should I respond? Wait till we get the first 90 payment through and then file claims? Help me please!
