Proxy ASINs to prevent linkage
I understand Amazon will link accounts based on having the same asins on both accounts and theres a recommended discrepancy in ASINs between 3:1 to 15:1 to prevent linkage. Questions:
1) Can you upload asins to inventory but never actually put a sellable quantity? For example, you can upload inventory using the inventory uploader but when you do the quantity remains at 0 until you upload a quantity file. Would uploading a sheet of thousands of ASINs with a quantity of 0 work to prevent ASIN linkage? Would it your recommended ratio of previously used ASINs to unique ASINs?
I have 2000 ASINs on my account so I would require 6000 to 30,000 unique ASINs to prevent ASIN linkage between accounts.
2) Does anyone know any sources where one could require a database of ASINs I could repurpose for the above scenario?
3) Would ASIN linkage permeate across .CA and .USA marketplaces? Or would the marketplace provide a buffer between any sort of linkage while using the same ASINs? |
