amazon seller acct.suspended/negative balance
 

hi,
I just joined the forum. My amazon.com seller account just blocked permanently. They told me that my funds will be available after 90 days. They decided to keep my money for 90 days. But they missed a point. My account balance is -$2100. I mean they dont have my money. I owe $2100. I have negative balance. since they kicked me out, what happens if i dont pay this balance? Are they gonna close my seller account ? :)
It is already closed. They kicked me out and my balance is negative $2100. Can someone tell me what happens if i dont pay for this balance? Can they charge my deposit account information or they have to use the credit card info only to charge me for my fees/balance? My credit card they have is not good anymore. It means they cant really charge to that card.

If this is a stealth account, then screw amazon. An account of mines was negative $500 and they blocked it. They said if I showed a plan for improving and gave them permission to charge my credit card the $500, they would open my account back up. Naturally, I just ignored it since its stealth. I've never heard of them trying to debit your deposit bank account. I believe they can only transfer money to your bank, not debit it. I've always change my bank account number to some gibberish after my account was blocked.

i am sorry i dont know what stealth account means. can you explain little bit? the information on the account is for real. it is my credit card, my bank account for deposits. but they cant really charge my credit card. because it is already on collection :)

Stealth means an account registered in some bogus name you made up while you was on the john, taking a shower, or after a cartoon character. The address will be some address you pick out using google maps. The credit card will be prepaid in the name you made up. The only thing that is real is the bank account number.

Since this account was made in your real info, you might have a problem on your hands.

I read in some forums that the worst they can report it to credit bureaus and they might give it to collection to some collection company. I have no problem with that. Because i will soon declare bankruptcy. Because my credit is already messed up. I am just wondering if there is any legal/ court problem? I dont mind if they give me to the credit bureaus or collection.

Amazon has to refund your customers after the money on your account has been transfered to your bank.

I dearly despise Amazons practises but this is a reason they are so careful, you ripped them off to the tune of 2k. I have mixed feelings about that, I personally would not do it, and I'm pretty sure they cannot get the money back, unless they take legal steps, which is highly unlikely.
