Buyer filed A-to-Z claim, but I already offered him full refund
So a buyer from the Czech Republic filed an A-to-Z claim. I already offered this guy a full refund, but after I send him the message, he copies my message in which I offer him the full refund and posts that in his A-to-Z claim. This guy thinks that Amazon has to issue the refund, and he probably thought that he needs my approval first or something.
And his communication skills are extremely poor. This is all he has ever said:
''Item not arrive please refund''
''Please refund thanks''
''Seller says refund please refund''
That's all he has ever said.
So now I have issued a full refund via the A-to-Z claim.
This is my first A-to-Z claim, and totally unnecessary if you ask me!
Will this have a negative impact on my account?
Should I contact seller support and explain them that it is a misunderstanding or something? (I am stealth)
