Default Closing out Authorized Return Requests

Hey Guys,

I've found that I've got a decent number of buyers who request a return, but then never send the item back after I authorize it.

I always send them a prepaid return label to use, so I can see that they haven't even attempted to send it back, and that it isn't just lost in transit or something.

Is there any way to close out the authorized return requests after some period of time of inactivity?

I really don't want the items showing back up 6 months from now or something.

I do see that you can sort return requests as Closed - By Buyer, but not sure how to actually close them.

Thanks!
Matt

You cant close them once its authorized. I would just leave it alone otherwise you might remind the buyer to return it.

Oh ok, so the Closed - By Buyer is only for return requests I deny then. Got it.

Wish that section of Seller Central was organized more nicely.

It gets hard to keep track of what's taken care of and what still needs to be tracked.

Good thing for Excel.
