Default Alert if someone jumps on your listing?

I will sometimes hop another another listing that already exists.

Within 1 hour I will receive an email from that companies "legal department" through amazon that I am on a listing that is trademarked yada yada yada.

How do people detect so fast that someone else is on their listing? I dont have the time to sit there all day and monitor this?

TIA

It is not the trademark company, it is a company that has a trademark filed.

What bot would they have that detects amazon listings?

OK, a need for explanation here.

Amazon listings are weird. The listings themselves are technically owned by Amazon when you create one.

HOWEVER, if you are a sole manufacturer of that item or the item details between what you provided in the listing and what a piggybacker is doesn't match, there is a long, convoluted process for kicking off piggybackers.

Amazon's official stance is that they will NOT enforce exclusive distribution agreements or similar. However, companies can, and WILL, file false complaints thru the copyright complaint channel and have your privilege to list against that ASIN blocked.
