OK, a need for explanation here.
Amazon listings are weird. The listings themselves are technically owned by Amazon when you create one.
HOWEVER, if you are a sole manufacturer of that item or the item details between what you provided in the listing and what a piggybacker is doesn't match, there is a long, convoluted process for kicking off piggybackers.
Amazon's official stance is that they will NOT enforce exclusive distribution agreements or similar. However, companies can, and WILL, file false complaints thru the copyright complaint channel and have your privilege to list against that ASIN blocked.
