Verizon Network Extender

I have Amazon Ghost and I am on the step regarding setting up the internet connection. I want to possibly get a Verizon 4g "dongle" for accessing Amazon with a ghost account. Note that, because of limited cell phone reception at my house I previously obtained and still use a Verizon Network Extender.

I had previously accessed my suspended Amazon account numerous times through my iphone when the network extender was on at my house. What I am wondering is whether or not the extender will pose an issue going forward regarding the IP or MAC address detected by Amazon if I try to access via a Verizon 4g dongle. In other words is it working like a router would or does it work quite differently. Your thoughts are appreciated.

I have a Sprint Airvana at home. Despite it being connected to Comcast internet, my phone, when on 3G only, says the IP originates in Georgia (across the country). The wifi IP originates from the city I live in.

So it looks like you will get IP addresses thru your phone provider's network as long as you are on the 3G/4G extender. If you are on wifi, your local IP will show up.

And yes, I believe a Verizon 4G dongle would automatically connect to the extender as well.
