''Total Orders ODR'' lower compared to ''Total Orders Recent Customer Metrics Data''
Hello all,
I recently opened a thread about an A-to-Z claim. I was worried because the total number of orders shown in the ''Order Defect Rate'' on Amazon was very low compared to the actual total number of orders in the same time period. For example: ''Order Defect Rate'' Shows: Short Term
(30 Apr 2014 to 30 Jun 2014)
Orders: 50
Long Term
(17 Mar 2014 to 15 Jun 2014)
Orders: 17
------ While ''Recent Customer Metrics Data'' shows: 7 days
(6 Jul 2014 to 14 Jul 2014)
Orders: 14
30 days
(12 Jun 2014 to 15 Jul 2014)
Orders: 137
90 days
(17 Apr 2014 to 15 Jul 2014)
Orders: 153
------
So what is it going to be?
Will the recently fled A-to-Z claim be calculated with the incorrect data in the ''Order Defect Rate'' section, or with the data shown in the ''Recent Customer Metrics Data'' section?
Because 1/50 = 2% = above 1% allowed
But 1/153 = below 1% ...
