More BS from Amazon blocking your listings from bot keyword harvesting

I always get emails about the authenticity of my items. I simply do not respond to those emails as I have read too many threads about the amazon bots flagging things.

Darn, should have been around and read that stuff too that's why I get for not keeping up to date and being too nice to ridiculous customers.

You press the help button and then you press contact support and there are a lots options. Contacting this way you always get a case number and they will always answer.

do you know if you can access Seller Performance that way too? Because in the past, it was only thru the email. Heck, one person who tried to call them was told they are sealed off in their own part of the building with no phones (!).

It depends what your case is about. Some cases they let you phone, others they do not - such as feedback removal for example

Wouldn`t have mattered. You can`t block customers on AZ so likely they would have been spamming you into eternity.
