Default Thinking to start selling with amazon

I am thinking to start selling on Amazon using my legit details, probably a range of smartphones from iphones to galaxies.

Is there anything I should be aware of? such as any reasons Amazon may decide to ban me randomly? Any advice?

Thanks

do not allow any returns get to a-z claims, and customer service must be to a T, answer all emials asap, do what what ever it takes not to get negative feedback.

your seller performance metrics are very important, start slow and build your business patiently.

from my experience amazon watches their sellers with a microscope

Sorry, I'm new to the Amazon scene. What are a-z claims, and a 'T' customer service?

Thanks

Thanks

You can list many as you can but play around with the price. Don't put all you price at the lowest. Also, always set your price manually.

It doesn't need to be the lowest price to get a sale. Write up a good description and a detail pics would help the sale.

a-z claims are the equivalent to buyer cases on eBay. you have to provided over the top customer service through amazon messages, because amazon reps read those a lot more than eBay reps and will base future decisions off those. at least from my experience

I actually just started concentrating more on my Amazon account I still have just my original account.

Because I focus a much time with Ebay I would just sell no more than $600 and then wait until that money was transferred and then relist again which was the next month

The account is about 2 years old now, and the first 5 months I made almost no sales and than right after I got that seller rating , not sure if that had anything to do with it, sales just took off

And at that same time is when all my first stealths took off so I focused more on eBay because I guess the money was instant

Anyway, the last couple months I have went beyond the $600 and this month I'm just letting things go and my sales are at $1700 just in the last 5 days

I never had a review, and all my metrics are perfect is there a point where I should stop with sales, or should I be ok to keep selling

Knowing a guy that has had his eB account restricted for NO REAL REASON AT ALL at 1800fb+TRS. He always talked how impossible amz would be for him and stayed with eB. After the devil kicked him - went to amz and went full blast continuing with his old eB stock (many high dollar top brand electronics) 8 months now with 100fb. wow. (real acct)

I love Amazon , no complaints, the prices are much higher , easy to list, there estimated shipping times they give to the buyer are exaggerated in favor of the seller, all my items arrive by the estimated ship out date

Where eBay does the total opposite

They don't factor in handling time , or now with verifying when tracking is uploaded they don't factor in that it takes 12-24 hours after a scan to be put into the system

Amazon, is just easy, in terms of customer service, I get a sale and ship out, and sale is over, I never hear from the buyers at all

EBay they want everything for nothing and than u need to answer a million questions before during and after the sale and ur profit is so low

The only reason I never gave it my all is that i need to wait almost 3 weeks for my funds, and that wouldn't be such a problem but I heard they delete accounts with ur money

So now I'm going to be nervousness up until the 22 of this month when a bigger chunk of almost 2k will be disbursed and that number has been going up every day, I'm going to stick with it and go all in for this month to see how it goes, but so far I almost double in profits with the same item I list on eBay

The thing is, Amazon has worked very well for some, but not for others. Much depends on WHAT you sell. The only way you are ever going to know it to try it for yourself. Get as much information as you can and then go for it!
