By agreeing to amazon's T&S you accepted their rights to do what they want.
That they delete accounts and being a legal act needs a court of law AND much money to make that determination.

Just my advice. | That is really bad / sad news to hear. The amount is huge that that took from you. $150K taken. Was that generated in just 2 weeks worth of sales and then they took that, or did they also steal from your bank account?

I have a popular item I sell on Amazon, so what I do is wait until the Tuesday of the second week to start selling
So I sell from Tuesday to Friday night around 10pm I get the disbursement
And I mark my restock date for that Monday , so when they purchase from me it says preOrder your item now and it has the date when they will be shipped
So far no problems doing this, I know I could be making a lot more if I just sell for 2 weeks, but I wouldn't want to put the restock date so far ahead,
Now I'll wait once I have the disbursement than I ship the item out and like I said it's clearly marked that it's a preorder
Another reason it works besides it being a popular item, the last 4 disbursements, I have no competition , with 2 limited edition colors of this item , so I guess the people that order Tuesday and Wednesday don't mind waiting 10 days to get the order, because no one else has it right now

I just started putting more attention into Amazon, and received 4 disbursements since I went pro account and it's Amazing
I think because it took a few months maybe for my items to get exposure and start making sales, but by than my eBay accounts were aged and ready to go
But it's nice to get that big disbursement every other week, my account is from 2012 and I don't have 24 hr disbursement
I made my first Amazon Stealth account to,
One week I'll focus on eBay and than the week before the disbursement Amazon,
My sales have been never better
