Set up a new account (need urgent help!!)
I set up a LLC, have a new computer with virtual machine, changed IP. I have everything ready (address, email, etc.) The problem is the tax information.
I use LLC information for EIN, but for Electronic signature under the tax section, it needs a "signature of U.S. person". I have used my own name before for my other suspended account, to sign this document, can I use my own name or the makeup name? I'm signing this to "acknowledge I am signing the tax document under penalties of perjury", I don't want to get into trouble with IRS or government agency. What should I do here?
