Amazon Account suspension help needed. Appeal failure

I sell watches on Amazon. I had my account suspended due to late shipments. I opened a new company, new bank account, new credit card and then tried creating a new amazon sellers account, but I used my same mailing address and also same IP address.
Amazon denied the new account as well with my new company.
Now I was told maybe buying someone's business and getting a new IP address, computer, etc might help.
I am looking for advice and anyone's experience that might help me find the best way out.

Everything must be new. Address, phone, EIN, IP, general location can help too...etc... A very clean PC and some will say router.

Amazon Ghost Guide is a required start so you don't waste more money and time guessing like you already have.

All info in the Ghost guide, also you shouldn't list all the same products that you were selling before, easy give away that you are the same seller.
