4 accounts that were solid for a year were suspended within a couple of days. I think Amazon is cleaning house before the Christmas rush. Is it too late to create new accounts for Christmas or should I just wait till the new year?
The complete step-by-step guide to get back to selling today!
were there any negative feedbacks about cakes? Over the past year I had negative feedback about cakes, I think they were competitors. The items were blocked, but the accounts never got suspended until now

Just had the same thing happen. No feedback or emails about phakes, no item blocks, just the 90 day wait email.
Would love to know if sending invoices in on the appeal would work at this point.
Well they said the suspensions were for suspected counterfeits. However, the suspension emails were sent at the same exact time so I think they were linked. My only slip up would be selling items on another account soon after the items were blocked on another account. All other stealth procedures followed to the T.
1. What type of product?
2. Are you using the same ASINs?
I ended up using new UPCs for the same type of product right after an account was suspended for phakes. This was about two weeks ago and i haven't had a problem yet.

Same exact listing. Like I said though everything totally different. It's just selling the same item on a different account too soon after its blocked on the other account. Lesson learned. Also, I think it's the time of year and Amazon is cleaning house. I have been doing this the entire year with no issues until now
1 account. Selling phakes is the reason they sent (have invoices to disprove). Have 2 other accounts still standing but very young. Those accounts are stealth and created after AZ put the restricted categories into effect.
Most of our products have been in home and health care.
Sounds like a competitor may have bought your item and then complained to Amazon you were selling cakes. What are the restricted categories right now? And they are only seasonal for Christmas right?
Whats the point of having 4 accounts selling the same ASINs? Why not segregate them between the 4?
For example, if you had 100 products, split 25 products in each one instead of 100 products in all four. Not doing so creates a very distinct similarity between the accounts.

No I'm not selling the same product on 4 accounts at the same time. I'm selling the same product on another account only after it is blocked and I can't sell it anymore on an account.
I have read many times on this forum that you could sell the same product as long as it was in a different city. As I said my mistake was selling on anther account soon after it was blocked.
If Amazon say you are suspended for phases them if take it that's the reason you are suspended. The majority of this stuff is done automatically by computers and if you are linked they will tell you.
Could be a competitor if you are selling these items via fba. They just open an az or contact support and say these items are ⊗⊗⊗⊗
We have had the exact same issue. Under review for suspected cakes. All items are legit and provably so all metrics are excellent. Never had a complaint to us about items being cake.
100% convinced it is a competitor doing the dirty on us
