Amazon Review??
I had a couple of items removed from Amazon, I sent them the invoices and the safety certs etc showing the items were valid but just got an email saying I need to take it up with the rights holder. I got no response from the rights holder even though I know they have received my emails as I have read receipts.
I emailed Amazon to say I couldn't get any response from them but got this reply.....Hello,
Thank you for writing.
At this time, your account is under review; we will contact you again when our review is completed.
We appreciate your patience in the interim.

Now this was at the end of November, my account is still trading as normal and the money has been transferred as usual. I rang them a couple of weeks ago and they said my account had a velocity review a few months back but the account is fine. (Obvs not speaking to seller performance though as this is impossible!)
Does anyone know whether they review your account and leave it trading or was the email incorrect? I am patiently waiting for them to close my account as the rights holder is not helping! What do you guys think?? |
