can someone explain the seller duties re cancellations.

for before product despatch, I usually catch these.

but the cancellations a couple of days after despatch, the buyer has to return at their own cost - right?

got an az claim, not sure how to handle it, buyer has clearly put ordered in error on messages, but on az claim they put ordered in erro plus faulty. Did not mention faulty before.

az advice on phone was useless, they said I should have asked buyer 'to refuse the package' !!!!!!!!!

If the buyer did not mention in there cancellation and refund message to you that the product arrived faulty I would question this more with Amazon, point out that the you received no notification from buyer about the item fault and just keep contacting Amazon until you get a rep who can understand what you are saying! As far as the buyer paying shipping have to admit I am not 100% sure on that, but I am 100% on them having to get their story straight from their first contact about why they are returning an item!

anyone know about this nonsense of 'refuse package', that is not possible unless you stop the postman putting it your letterbox!!!! stand guard outside all day..........
