That's not true. I had one Amz rep deny an negative feedback removal request. I appealed again and a different rep took off the negative feedback.
Also, those buyers who are evil enough to leave a bad feedback usually never remove the negative. They get satisfaction from it. We have had buyers remove the negative after appealing to them, but most of the time Amz will remove it instead.
Yes, negative feedback damages your selling metrics. It is a defect and shows under your selling metrics page.

That's a good way to look at it you can't please everyone. No matter what platform your using to sell you always going to have a few crazies out there.
VERY aggressive.
If I don't get it removed the first time...I'll try up to four times per feedback.
And it shows in my stats:
Last 30 days:
Positive (3602)
Neutral (3)
Negative (12)
And I sell very high risk items on this account.
A lot of returns due to installing the parts wrong etc.

Oh my god yes, that is a load of feedbacks. What percentage of buyers are leaving feedback?
I have an extremely low feedback (triple figures), but it doesn't seem to make much difference with sales. As long as nobody is leaving bad feedback, no news is good news.

Around 40% leave feedback.
I put cards in all orders, make phone calls and use FeedbackFive.
I hope to grow this number with some other ideas I have in mind.
