What docs do amazon usually requests

Howdy, folks!

today was a bad day for me, first of my UK Amazon Ghost accounts got suspended on my scheduled first payout day. i have huge sign on the top of my seller central stating "ALERT: Amazon has suspended your Seller Account. " when i go to my profile it says "Pending validation" my listings went inactive :(

i wrote to seller support trying to figure out why my account with perfect metrics ( but no feedbacks) went suspended. they gave me a clue that they will want me to update legal entity, for now im trading as an individual. i have sold about 250£ within two weeks.

i'm wondering what i will have to provide to amazon when updating my legal entity. and how to handle it as im not a resident of United Kingdom. i use IP changing services to pretend that im in UK.

any help is much appreciated.

Bad news

Can I ask if you are/were selling new goods? That's the only reason I can imagine for the legal entity change this early on.

Also, I guess you need a UTR document and become a sole trader. I think this is the easiest route with least amount of 'hassle'.

Hi, thanks for reply. i have been selling cheap goods, not sure what you mean by selling "NEW" but I created new items ( not existing on amazon).

how to obtain these when i am not the resident of United Kingdom ?
