I don't know the answer to this specific question, but I would be VERY WARY of installing any type of an eBay or Amazon app on any tablet or PC that I am using for stealth.
If the app is set up to contact Amazon for updates or anything, it is certainly POSSIBLE that the IP address would be revealed to them.
