Re: Integrating old stock from banned accounts on Amazon.com
What actually do you mean "old stock from banned accounts"?
Are they your own brand, or other brands on the marketplace, or just generic products?
If they belong to the last two types, I don't think there will be any issues right, because any sellers can sell on the marketplace.
But if they are your own brand, I had the same concern too previously. I have heard a lot of people saying amazon will link the accounts because you try to sell the same product of the same brand (of your suspended account) on a new account. But I go ahead and give it a try because I have huge inventory from my suspended account and it is a hassle and cost a lot of money for me to rebrand and repackage my old stock. And till now, no issues so far. I am selling the same product of the same brand of my suspended account on a new account. So it confirmed on what a friend told me, that amazon banned accounts, not products, unless your product have counterfeit/patent/illegal issues, then I think it is worth a try.
Anyway, this is just my experience, so I am not sure if it will works for you. You can try to sell a small qty first and see how it works. If everything goes smoothly, then scale it up.. Hope it helps.. |
