Questions about Amazon Seller Support
Have some questions I've wanted answered over the years.
1. I have sold and made my living on Amazon since 2001. And over that time I have noticed that Amazon Seller Support answers questions when they want...and when they don't want, send form letters ...or many times answer something totally different from what you were asking.
Why is this so?
Is it some sort of perverse game that they are playing?
2. Is Seller support email first answered by people who speak anything but English?
3. How does it work, too...if you have a legitimate situation that needs to be answered by someone in authority...is there a chain of command that goes up a ladder of authority? Is there a governing board that checks in only when something needs a ruling?
4. What about seller accounts that, for whatever reason, seem to suffer no ill affect, even though their negatives pile up like a mountain? Why are they protected? IS this Amazon selling stuff?
5. Who is it that suspends accounts? I know that many are booted off automatically because something in your account information triggers a red flag. But many times, it seems like someone has taken a look at your account and made a decision. Is it some small group of people who are hidden away that are making this decision?
6. Anyone know anyone or ever talk to someone on the inside of this group? Would love to know as much as possible about them and what motivates them? Why are they kicking so many accounts off if third party sellers make so much money for their company?
Thanks!
