Hello,

I am have BIG problem with AMAZON.
Everytime, when i am trying to order something, what costs more than 100£, or doing second order after something cheaper than 100£, I get this, from address-verification@amazon.co.uk:

Your Amazon.co.uk order cannot be dispatched‏

Have tried different IP, different username, different computers, different names, addresses, credit cards... Everything..
Does everyone are getting such error when buying from amazon?

But have you supplied the requested info?

-- A copy of your statement for your Master Card ending in 56, including the billing address
-- Your name, phone number, and the email address registered to your Amazon account

As I understandm you use AZ for buying, and your details there are real.

There was, but I was using Netteller card, so I can't provide these.. Opened another account, used my real card, still same.. I can't buy nothing form there..

Send a screenshot of netteller card statement plus address and it should work.

I received a similar message from Amazon regarding my buyer account (real details). But I got the message because I purchased about £2000 worth of items over two days. Sent in my details, they confirmed and everything returned to normal... The max amount I've purchased on Amazon is about $4k to $5k in a day... I use Amazon as a backup for my supplier, in case they leave me hanging... So all the delivery addresses are different. Never had any issues thus far except the one time where they asked me to provide them with verification docs...

how long did it take for them to get back to you?

received the same email from them..

They got back to me immediately after I sent them the documents. I remember calling in actually. Once they confirmed the documents, they restored the account almost immediately.

Problem is, I can't login to my seller account until it's resolved. How did you call them?

I don't really remember where I found that option to call them. It was the "buyer" account that had the problem so I could still login to my seller account at the time.

I also remember responding to their email with the documents instead of just relying on the fax. If there is no option to call them, I would suggest just sending them all the information they requsted via fax and email too (up to you though). Unblocking the buyer account should be fairly simple.

The problem I faced was that I had about 3 or 4 credit cards attached to that amazon account and Amazon wanted me to send them the documents to confirm ownership of all those credit cards; which I did.

If I remember anything else, I will update it here.

(It's been more than a year since I ran into the issue)
