Anyone good with inventory templets?

I am selling a product that has a bunch of flavors that come in 2 sizes each.

For some reason, the ASIN I was selling was kicked off the parent listing into its own listing. How and why does that happen? Is it another seller?

I am trying to put my ASIN Back into the original listing, seller support says they can no longer help with these things(I guess time is an issue) and I must do it using the inventory upload files.

I cant figure this out and ive tried for an hour. The upload gets no errors but its not taking my ASIN and adding it as a variation to the main listing.

Does anyone know how to do this? Have an example I can look at?

All I want to do is take my flavor that was kicked off the main listing and add it back. Do other sellers do this to create less competition?

That sounds like a very likely scenario user3657, not a situation I have come across got to say so sorry can't offer you a solution, but could well imagine Amazon ultra competitive sellers having worked out they can do this and so going ahead and doing that very thing.

Check if you add it manually, amazon may have blocked it.
