Default account suspended what does this mean

hi my account was suspended and then deleted 3 months ago on 14/08/2015
luckily i got an answer from amazon to say contact back on 12/11/2015 but when i contact them now they reply with this email what does this mean

We confirm receipt of your request for the release of funds in your Amazon Payments account. However, due to the status of your account, your funds are currently reserved. The status of your account will be reviewed in due course and we will inform you by email of your account settlement date at this time.


Please refer to Article 2.7 of Amazon Payments- Selling on Amazon User Agreement:
“ (…) In addition to any applicable account limits, we may restrict transactions to or from your Account or limit access to and availability of your Account balance in such amounts and for such time as we reasonably deem necessary to protect us or other users if: (a) we are subject to financial risk (including, without limitation, for pending Chargebacks), (b) we suspect you have violated any term of this Agreement, (c) we are unable to verify your identity, (d) any dispute exists involving your Account or transactions conducted in connection therewith, or (e) needed to protect the security of our systems. We may restrict access to your Account balance for the time that it takes for us to complete any pending investigation or resolve a pending dispute. We also may hold your Account balance as required by law or court order or if otherwise requested by law enforcement or any governmental entity.”
Rest assured, we will contact you as soon as our investigation has been completed to notify you of the outcome.

From what they said, it is plausible that they will let you know when you can withdraw/ receive the money. 90 days is their normal hold period. If they're holding it for longer, it could mean that you won't get your money from Amazon... And... I haven't heard of anyone receiving a payment from Amazon after the account has been deleted.

So I wouldn't bet on it...

i am one person who received a substantial amount from amazon once my account was deleted in the past.

it has passed 90 days on this

Normally when an account is suspended and not deleter what is the procedure for dosbursment after 90 days.

Read their terms mate, it 90 days or MORE. Email the managing director, i done it when they wrongly suspended me and the support team stopped answering me for weeks, one email to him and the support were the ones coming crawling to me lol.

Not really, to succeed you have to learn, to learn you do research. Everything you have asked is old posts. Rather than be spoon fed, look for the answer in the forum and they ask if your solution is correct. This way you may be more successful cos at the present you seem to be getting many accounts suspended on a regular basis.

Well if they get what they want without searching and searching then that's a smart move on their part.

Everyone can get an answer, but learning on how to get that answer you are gaining greater knowledge.

Virtually every question asked on this forum has been asked in old posts.

However maybe if the ghost/Stealth Book was updated all the answers would be in that which would be a far smarter move for everyone, rather than relying on outdated information.

I thought you referred to both books when you said ghost/stealth... Ghost being for Amazon and stealth for eBay... Which is why I said that the Stealth Book was updated... Misunderstood what you meant
