book delivered, but buyer wins A-Z claim saying not received?
So I sold and shipped a text book about $100. Buyer said he never received. I told buyer to ask neighbors and roommates and she said noone seen the book.
Amazon told me I did my part in shipping it out and it's delivered so I will win A-Z claim. But I lost claim and the A-Z claim worker said delivery confirmation only shows zip code and I needed signature confirmation.
I called Amazon again and they told me to appeal claim and signature confirmation is not required. And I can't do insurance claim as post office said it was delivered.
Anyone have any suggestions?
I know on ebay, they assume seller did right thing by shipping, assume buyer isn't lying about receiving and assume post office delivered...so they let seller keep money and refund buyer with ebay money. But doesn't seem like that's the case with Amazon when I heard they had better customer service?
