U.S. approval in Health-Personal Care

Looking at requesting approval in this cat for stealth account that is 1.5 years old, all FBA and very great metrics.
They want 3 invoices which is not a problem; but will need to alter the company name and address on these invoices to qualify.
Does anyone know if they physically check with the manufacturer and with the business address on file (P.O. Box).
Also, do the invoices have to reflect the product that you originally requested under "add a product".

No they don't check with the supplier as that's data protection and no products can be different
