Has anyone not appealed an Amazon 28 day rolling reserve and found themselves suspended?

I don't expect a suspension. Everything I sell is legit, all FBA, perfect feedback with 8-10% of buyers leaving feedback.

I want to know if I'm running any risk of suspension by not responding to the simple questions they ask on the appeals process. If no one has ever been suspended for not appealing a 28 day rolling reserve, then I will just wait it out.

Why not answer the simple questions, if I was a new seller on amazon and had no experience of stealth I would answer the questions.Maybe this is how amazon thinks.

If you search the forums, you get some people saying "Why not answer the simple questions?" and others saying "Do nothing, do not give Amazon any info".

So my question, is, has anyone done nothing and been suspended?

The only reason you would be suspended is if your performance is not as expected by Amazon or if your performance metrics (feedback, order defects, response time, etc) drop during the review. Otherwise, I'd just let them take their time with the review and be confident that nothing will go wrong.

So what I'm saying is that the chances of getting suspended or not depends on your performance during the review.

And for the yes/no question, I haven't ever been suspended during a review by Amazon.
