So, ahh.. I seem to be hitting my 2nd or 3rd cancel this month.. so I wanted to know if there are anynegatives for cancelling too many?? (and anywhere to look at stats showing your doing it wrong)
or just good "stear clear" advice for amazon.. I'm simply small scale seller.. aka maybe.. a $1k per month? so.. (and I'm not exactly doing stealth at this time)
I also received a dumb message from a buyer about having it cancelled? should you even respond to those..?
The complete step-by-step guide to get back to selling today!
I'm new to Amazon too, just had one of those dumb questions from a customer I know will give me problems if I send it out. I just refunded them, and told them that sorry, but my item was actually defective when tested it out. Then I selected the reason for refunding as customs requested refund. Don't know if that will hurt my account or not, but we will see.
Yes cancellations will have an impact on your seller metrics. You want to avoid cancellations / refunds etc. Talk to your customers and try to work something out before doing cancellations or refunds.
Oh well, looks like I need to make more Amazon accounts lol.

well I sold a ps4 for $330 with fees and shipping and insurance.. ahh maybe $290-300 I guess, if I'll be shipping it out.. rather then cancelling :-P it looks like I'm going to make "no money" but maybe I'm wrong? just break even or lose a little.. :( (this is exactly why I was thinking of cancelling)
