Sold quite a few on here, got about 2200 bucks, how long do you guys think before this account is toast? Should I leave it and wait for the money to be withdrawn and move on to another account? Or keep selling to get that odr down?

how on earth do u have an odr that high... u must not sell a lot of items and receive complaints. But honestly unless u can move inventory and a lo of it consider this account toast in a matter of a week

Well, I only sold like 70 items, got 4 initiated refund request, and then I forced a couple of refunds myself because I know it's going to be a problem customer. I guess I better move on to another account?

Is this a joke? The account is 700% higher than the maximum allowed defect rate. And you don't get order defects from return or refund requests, only A-to-Z and Chargebacks....
Which tells me what you're selling isn't legit....it's either phake, low quality, grey market imports, or listed against an ASIN it doesn't match....
So the bottom line is, stop what you're doing immediately, or prepare to start seeing accounts deleted. Amazon isn't eBay, they won't put up with this crap.

Whoa whoa whoa, hold the accusations, they're used products, some are defective, sold 60, got 4 requested for refund, forced 2 refunds myself because customer was going to be a problem.

Either it was a Chargeback, or A-to-Z claim. Just call a spade a spade. We aren't stupid. I'm not getting on you, we all make mistakes, but please, don't insult our intelligence by saying that "return requests" caused your ODR to skyrocket. That's all I'm getting at.
When people pull this stuff on Amazon, it makes it harder for ALL of us collectively to sell legitimately. Amazon does not NEED third party sellers like eBay does, so if we are hurting the brand, Amazon WILL remove us from the picture.

Just got an email from Amazon telling me that they do not sell defective items, based on my messages, so yes, I was selling items, some went bad, and I offered a refund, simple as that brah.

To tell u the truth, I actually think that Amazon needs third party sellers come to think about it. This is just a thought that came up, but I mean think about it, when us sellers decide to invest something, it's our capital at risk, not Amazon, and when it does well, that's when Amazon sells it themselves and hijacks our products, then of course, they own the buy box.

People are leaving eBay in droves to shop on Amazon. Why? Because Amazon is a brand people trust. When sellers like yourself tarnish the brand by selling shoddy products or offering poor service (or both) Amazons business suffers, because you leave a bad taste in the customers mouth.
So you're getting negative feedback, chargebacks, or A-to-Zs, and you're trying to pass it off as something else, like it's not your fault. Own your mistakes. That's all I'm saying.
