Honestly, I would call in, but only if you're still within the delivery window. I think it's hilarious when a claim is opened DURING the delivery window, it makes no sense and even an Amazon phone rep should understand that. You could possibly have the claim removed from affecting you (yes they can do that) as long as you agree to issue a full refund.
However, if you issue a full refund immediately without calling, they'll show show it as your fault and close the claim - undoing that can certainly be harder. Even though you're suspended, if your plan is to appeal the suspension, then this can help the case.
Btw, I think these scammer dudes like to target people with very little feedback numbers. Knowing they're small and have very little recourse. Sorry about that.
