I have strong evidence my competitor is egregiously violating Amazon policy in a way that directly damages my sales.
The problem is that I'm getting very generic responses from seller performance, implying they are not thoroughly reviewing my relatively complicated case.
Is it possible to reach a higher level seller performance member? any advise would be appreciated.
