Default Router for new account

Hello, do you need a new router for a new account, or will changing the IP simply do the trick?

Using wifi, essentially, does Amazon track the mac of the router?

Thanks

Its just the external IP that is tracked at the moment not the MAC address of any device.

Can Amazon see the name of the network you are connected to?

They can only see the external IP.

The name of the network is not something you would need to worry about

Just track your IP, if your browsing on an old account and then log on to stealth with same IP you are setting yourself up to get the hammer. I always set one of my browsers home page to IP-burger or a similar page so when i start up it presents me with the new IP, then i log it into excel spreadsheet under that account name to keep track, it prevents me from accidentally forgetting to check the new IP. You might want to refresh the page though because it might give the LAST IP and not the current one.

As far as I have found to this point in time, the mac address is not an issue except with certain software that collects that type of info and reports it to the site. I have seen some reports in posts that Turbo Lister may do exactly that. I have not seen any solid evidence reported that the mac is great concern at this time, but personally i am always on the lookout for reports that mac address may need to be a concern, if it does i am pretty sure there will be a firestorm of activity on this forum in a short period of time. Best thing to do in my opinion is to remain vigilant for anything that can put accounts at risk. Don't take my opinion as the only one here though, keep researching. Good luck stealth-ing.

Thanks the guide does state it as fact.

But bought a cheapo laptop and dongle anyway, worth it in the end. Could be a headache with alot of stealth accounts that some ballers here have lol.
