Got suspended. Sent 2 essays to appeal but not success

Just got suspended by Amazon. Appeal 2 times with formal essay of planning.
But still not success and AM seller performance team kept replied me same question. They operated by robot to do it?
They kept asking me to provide the information for 'Used Item Sold as New', 'Not as described', 'Damaged Item".
I wrote a 2 pages of plan with image to them. They did not specify the detail at all.
Anyone can be success to get back the account?
Also, do you guys have direct email of seller performance team's manager?
How about Amazonappeal.com? Worth to try?'
Although an other stealth account is working, but still cannot match 10% business of the suspended account.

What are u saying? They want to hear that you're sorry and you won't do it again, not you making excuses.
From what I've read they normally give people atleast a second go

Yes, my English is really bad. I got back my account and has been selling for 2 weeks. Remember, he is right. English skill level is highly required to recover your account. (you really believe it?)
