Is amazon seller support just incompetent?
I have a stupid problem.. I sold something.. today it's supposed to ship in about a hour or so.. but I can't ship it cause the customer sent in a email/general inquiry and said..
"don't ship to that address.. ship to this one" so for whatever reason paypal.com/shipnow is broken.. I can't ship via ups with it.. and because amazon locks the customers address in their system.. I can't ship with amazon's own ups/fedex choices..
So what does one do when paypal.com/shipnow is broken? and one can't change the address field (well if your me) you contact seller support.. who let's the ticket/whatever sit and doesn't fix ****..
so that I ask the question.. are they f@#%@# incomptent or what?
What does amazon do with a few hours notice of this problem or 2 days notice with the customers email/inquiry? nothing
This entire cluster **** makes amazon seem super incompetent to me.. this is a first scenario for me.. so fill in your knowledge or what I should do if you have some..?
