Reject/Resolve Amazon Return

I have a vexatious buyer.
Opened a return request with one sentence of details.
Its been a week now since I contacted them, no response.
I have a feeling they dont even know how to use the item, and finally figured it out.
But they're not responding to any messages.

So, what happens if I dont respond to an open returned case?

Or is there a way to reject an amazon return or atleast work with the buyer another way?

If they don't respond to your messages Amazon will eventually give you the option to ask them to step in and resolve the issue, then they will simply close the return as it will be obvious it is no longer required.

You sent him message that's all after few days simple close the return issue resolved

talk to the customer and ask him whats the problem . if his reason is legitimate approve it or decline it with proper reason.

if you read the OP post you will see he has messaged the buyer and the buyer is not responding..

I don't think vela1987 really cares whether his post is relevant or not.

The purpose of their post was to do a bit of advertising of the website in their signature.

Might be a good idea to remove it (before a moderator removes you).

Given you figured out how to put in on there is the first place, I'm sure you can work out how to remove it.

First time I have heard of a Tax Interview on Amazon in the UK.

As well, 5 seller feedback, must of been big sales as the workaround to get accounts VERIFIED way before £15,000 is no longer working....so unless they were £2500 - £3000 sales that's bs.

Down the left had side of the next screen is a list of options.
Click EDIT SIGNATURE

Its not hard really and you risking having your account on the forum closed because you want to play games.

Not just you, Amazon accounts on the forum are being advertised as VERIFIED which is completely false advertising as unless close to the £15k mark of sales has been hit, that's incorrect.

VERIFIED means they've accepted ID, BANK STATEMENT, UTILITY and SELF ASSESSMENT docs.

As well as AUS accounts with all EU limits lifted......
