Reject/Resolve Amazon Return
I have a vexatious buyer.
Opened a return request with one sentence of details.
Its been a week now since I contacted them, no response.
I have a feeling they dont even know how to use the item, and finally figured it out.
But they're not responding to any messages.
So, what happens if I dont respond to an open returned case?
Or is there a way to reject an amazon return or atleast work with the buyer another way?
