I`m trying figure out should upload credit card to see performance messages
or abandoned this new account

I have everything ready to go with my new Amazon Stealth Account... but need info on a VCC or how best to verify my Charge Methods !!

Get a new card, upload it and see what's up. Looks like it's just the credit card issue.
