Negative feedback for not refundng
A buyer shipped back a return but did not include an order number. I emailed them return instructions to include an order number so not to delay the refund. There is no way to find an order by return address. I have emailed Amazon with return addresses before and they always told me they can't find orders that way
Also, does Amazon have a policy on how soon a refund should be applied once the item is shipped back? The buyer emailed me today and I issued a full refund at the 3rd business day.
I have contacted Amazon asking them to remove the feedback since it is out of my control
