Yes, I have. I'm an FBA so my metrics were perfect, my feedback score was 5, my price competitiveness had always been near 100%. I had been selling for 9 months and suddenly I noticed I was in the same situation you're in.
I went around with Amazon support for 3 months. Believe me, they will not tell you anything. They escalated my case to their technical team twice. I opened half a dozen support tickets and had dozens of emails/chats/phone calls. All they will tell you is that their algorithms are working correctly and then they'll point you to the same old garbage about how Amazon has "very high standards..." which they won't reveal to you.
I got more feedback, sent in an additional 250 used books to get my inventory up. Nothing worked. However, the account was never suspended.
I think they shut me out because I had several periods where I had no inventory for a few weeks, then I'd send some in and it would sell very quickly, within a couple of weeks. I think they regard this activity as undesirable at best and suspicious at worst. Who knows?
Of course, I can't say for certain what will happen in your case, but I gave up and I'm going to open another account.
I don't even know if I need a ghost account. Maybe all I need is to close this account and immediately open another one, but I got conflicting answers about that from support. So I've requested that they close this one. The problem is, they won't close it until 90 days after my last order. That's 2 more months.
I'm working on a ghost account right now in the hopes that I can open it sooner than that.
