I have an amazon customer who claims that an item was not delivered in her doorstep but in her mailbox or not delivered at all...actually not really clear from her messages what the problem is...and really honestly i strongly smell a scam
when checking the usps tracking i get as latest update
"Delivered, To Mail Room"
Has anyone seen this wording before and what exactly does it mean?
The complete step-by-step guide to get back to selling today!
Its a normal home street address no apartment no business address no condo
It has the classic form of a US address like "15 mountain road"
Never saw before in usps the delivered to mail room wording and i am using usps for almost 10 years
A mail room is just another type of delivery point, commonly used by large businesses which receive massive amounts of mail.
If the address looked like a normal street address it could be an international forwarding service. Or, it could just be a business address. Have you googled the street address?
Update guys
Buyer received it...however usps shows this as delivered to a mail room...from her answers i understand its just a house
sometimes usps cannot be trusted
